A collection of frequent situations and how to solve them.

The assistant isn't replying to messages

Check, in this order:

  1. Is the assistant's master switch (Assistant AI) on? (Home screen)
  2. Is the contact in question active or paused?
  3. Is the WhatsApp connection active? (setup section)

Appointments aren't showing in the calendar

  1. Check that Google Calendar is connected and the authorisation is active.
  2. Make sure you're looking at the right account/calendar.
  3. If you connected the calendar recently, wait a moment and check again.

The assistant suggests the wrong times

Review your Schedule: days, time ranges, duration and breaks all determine what the assistant can offer.

I can't sign in

Use the password recovery link on the sign-in screen. If the problem persists, write to us.
