Common problems¶
A collection of frequent situations and how to solve them.
The assistant isn't replying to messages¶
Check, in this order:
- Is the assistant's master switch (Assistant AI) on? (Home screen)
- Is the contact in question active or paused?
- Is the WhatsApp connection active? (setup section)
Appointments aren't showing in the calendar¶
- Check that Google Calendar is connected and the authorisation is active.
- Make sure you're looking at the right account/calendar.
- If you connected the calendar recently, wait a moment and check again.
The assistant suggests the wrong times¶
Review your Schedule: days, time ranges, duration and breaks all determine what the assistant can offer.
I can't sign in¶
Use the password recovery link on the sign-in screen. If the problem persists, write to us.
