Your WhatsApp number, without changing it¶
One of the most important things about Wably — and one very few tools offer: it works on your usual WhatsApp number. You don't have to create a dedicated number, you don't have to notify clients, you change nothing in the way you already work.
What Coexistence mode is¶
WhatsApp Business lets two things live on the same number: you, using WhatsApp from your phone as always, and the assistant, replying automatically in parallel. That's Coexistence mode.
In practice:
- Your number stays yours. No second number, no new SIM, no new contact to share with clients.
- You keep using WhatsApp normally from your phone: write, read, reply by hand whenever you want.
- The assistant works alongside you, transparently: it handles bookings and replies while you do other things.
Why it matters (and why it's rare)¶
Many solutions force you to open a new number dedicated to the assistant: you lose your history, confuse clients, end up managing two identities. Not Wably. Your clients keep writing to you where they always have, and you never lose control of your chat.
What changes for you
Zero friction: no new number to manage, no habit to change — for you or your clients. The assistant simply adds itself to your existing WhatsApp.
