Security, privacy and GDPR¶
For a health and wellness professional, confidentiality is not a detail. Wably is built around this principle: a reliable secretary that protects your practice's and your clients' data.
No health data, by design¶
Wably handles only neutral service categories, chosen from a predefined list: it doesn't collect symptoms, diagnoses or clinical information. It's a deliberate choice to stay outside the scope of health data (Art. 9 of the GDPR). You don't expose clients' sensitive information through a chat.
Your data is isolated and yours¶
- A separate space for each practice — your business's data is isolated and accessible only to you.
- Disconnect and delete whenever you want — you can unlink any integration (Calendar, Contacts) and request the deletion of the associated data.
- Authorised access per practice — every connection to Google uses a dedicated authorisation, revocable at any time.

Wably is hosted on Oracle Cloud, the infrastructure of one of the world's leading tech companies, with data centres in Europe, in Frankfurt. Data is encrypted and kept to enterprise-grade security standards.
