Automatic reminders¶
Every client who doesn't show up is a slot paid zero. Your secretary prevents it: it reminds the client of the appointment the day before, at 11:00 AM, on WhatsApp.
Two kinds of reminder, your choice¶
From the Home you decide how the reminder should work:
- Notification only — a message reminding the client of the appointment. Simple and discreet.
- Confirmation request — a message with the Confirm · Reschedule · Cancel buttons: the client replies with one tap. If they need to cancel or reschedule, they free up the slot themselves, in time.
You set the mode you prefer and can change it whenever you want.
No surprises, ever¶
Even in confirmation mode, Wably never cancels anything on silence: a client who doesn't tap the button but shows up is never "lost" by the system. A choice designed for care settings.
Always at 11:00 AM the day before¶
The reminder goes out automatically the day before, at 11:00 AM. On top of that you get an evening summary by email — who confirmed, who rescheduled, who cancelled — to plan the next day at a glance.
What changes for you
A slot freed up in time is a slot you can still fill: reminders recover a good share of missed appointments and protect your revenue.
