The heart of Wably is an assistant powered by artificial intelligence that truly understands what your clients write and replies naturally — the way an experienced secretary would, not with rigid automated messages.
A real conversation, not a menu¶
- It understands natural language. The client writes as they would speak to a person — "I'd need an appointment tomorrow afternoon" — without following menus or commands.
- It keeps track of the conversation. It remembers what was said in earlier messages, so it doesn't make people repeat themselves.
- It speaks in your tone. Formal or friendly, to match your practice's style. (tone selection available from the Standard plan)
- It uses the words of your field. It adapts to the type of business you've configured.

It also knows when to step back¶
