A good secretary knows your clients and keeps the address book tidy — without ever losing a contact. Wably imports your address book, recognises who writes to you and adds new clients on its own, with the utmost safety.
Safe import from your Google address book¶
You connect Google Contacts once and Wably imports and syncs your contacts into its own protected storage, so it immediately recognises the clients you already know.

Automatic addition to Google Contacts¶
From the Home you can turn on a switch that automatically adds new contacts — created when a client books — to your Google address book too. It's always your choice: turn it on only if you want to.
You keep control¶
- Global switch — turn the assistant on or off for all contacts.
- Mute a single client — for the people you prefer to handle in person.
