Connect WhatsApp Business¶
WhatsApp Business is the channel Wably uses to talk to your clients. The connection happens through an official WhatsApp guided process.
How to connect your number¶
- Open the setup section and choose Connect WhatsApp.
- Follow the guided process: you'll be asked to sign in and confirm your business number.
- When done, your number is connected and the assistant is ready to reply.
Good to know¶
- You can use your existing WhatsApp Business number. No new number needed.
- Your clients don't have to do anything: they keep messaging you as always.
- The connection uses the official WhatsApp Business API, the standard designed for businesses.
