Your business profile¶
The Profile screen — titled PROFILE — holds your business and account details. At the top you see your plan (Subscription) and the Edit button to update your details.
The three sections¶
- Business: the company name (COMPANY), the VAT number (VAT NUMBER), the activity type (ACTIVITY TYPE, e.g. Physiotherapy) and the REVIEW LINK (see below). These are the details the assistant introduces you with and that billing is based on.
- User: name (NAME), phone (PHONE), email (EMAIL), language (LANGUAGE) and time zone (TIMEZONE).
- Billing Address: street (ADDRESS), city (CITY), postcode (POSTAL CODE) and country (COUNTRY).
Review link¶
In the Business section you can set a REVIEW LINK: the address of the page where you want to collect customer reviews (for example your Google profile).
Once set, Wably automatically sends the link 72 hours after the appointment:
- by email, if the contact provided an email address at the time of booking;
- via WhatsApp, if no email is available: the link is offered — when it fits the conversation — the next time the client messages your number.
Where you switch it on
You set the link here, in the Profile; the automatic sending of the review request is switched on from the Home screen with the Review request toggle.
How to edit your details¶
- Tap Edit at the top.
- Update the fields. Those with a red asterisk * are required: company name, VAT number, activity type and language.
- Tap Save to confirm, or Cancel to leave without saving.
Good to know¶
The language chosen in LANGUAGE is your business's main language. This doesn't limit the assistant: it still replies to every client in the language they write in.
The TIMEZONE matters: based on it, the assistant calculates and offers the correct appointment times, even for clients writing from abroad.
