Setup: the guided activation¶
The Configuration screen — titled CONFIGURATION, subtitled "Complete all the steps to enable the AI Assistant" — walks you step by step through getting Wably up and running. At the top, a bar shows the completion percentage; below it, the list of steps. Tap a step to open it: completed ones are marked.
The steps, in order¶
- Profile — your business details → guide
- Schedule — when you're available → guide
- Info & Services — what the assistant can tell clients → guide
- Connect Google Calendar — link your diary → guide
- Connect Google Contacts — bring your contacts into Wably → guide
- Connect WhatsApp — link your number → guide
When every step is complete, the bar reaches 100% and Wably is ready to work.
The last step: switching the assistant on
Once the checklist is complete, the AI Assistant is enabled from the Home screen, where you turn on the master switch and choose its voice (Formal or Friendly).
How long does it take?¶
A handful of minutes. The trickiest steps are connecting WhatsApp and the calendar, which only need a few guided authorisations.
