The Home screen

The Home — "Wably AI Assistant summary" — is the assistant's control centre and your business overview. It's the first screen you see when you enter the dashboard.

AI Assistant and Tone

In the first card you'll find the two main controls:

  • AI Assistant: the master switch. On, the assistant replies to your clients; off, everything stays silent. It's Wably's most important control.
  • Tone: choose how the assistant addresses clients — Formal (polite, formal register) or Friendly (informal register). (available from the Standard plan)

Automatic Reminders

The Automatic Reminders card contains the reminders switch, with two modes to choose from:

  • Notification: sends a simple informational reminder.
  • Confirmation: sends a confirmation request with buttons, so the client can confirm or change the appointment directly from WhatsApp.

Activity and Calendar

Just below, two green panels show:

  • Activity: the sector you've set (e.g. Physiotherapy). You change it from the Profile.
  • Calendar: the Google calendar dedicated to bookings (see further on).

Review request

The Review request toggle: when you switch it on, Wably automatically sends the review request 72 hours after the first appointment. If the contact left an email at booking, the link arrives by email; otherwise, Wably offers it during the client's next WhatsApp conversation. You set the link to send in the Profile (Review link).

Next-day summary email

The Enable next day appointments summary email toggle: when you switch it on, every evening you receive by email the list of appointments scheduled for the following day, so you start the day with the full picture ready. The toggle is optional: if you leave it off, you won't receive any summary email.

Adding contacts to Google Contacts

By switching on the Allow the AI Assistant to create new contacts in Google Contacts toggle, the clients who book an appointment through Wably on WhatsApp are automatically added to the Google address book connected to your account.

The toggle is optional: if you leave it off, Wably still manages bookings without saving contacts to your Google address book.

The month's summary

Two panels show the assistant's activity for the current month:

  • MANAGED PER MONTH (Booking Activities): the appointments handled by the assistant.
  • REMINDERS SENT (Reminders): the reminders sent.

Connection status

The Integrations Status section shows the status of the connected services — WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar and Google Contacts. When a connection is active, Connected appears next to it.

If the assistant isn't replying, the first thing to check is right here: is the AI Assistant switch on? And are the connections Connected?

The booking calendar

During the guided first-time setup you connect your Google Calendar. If you have more than one calendar in your account, from the Calendar card on the Home you can choose which one to dedicate to your practice's/business's bookings: Wably will read availability and book appointments only on that calendar.

If you have a single calendar, it's used automatically and you don't need to set anything.
