WhatsApp Business¶

WhatsApp Business is the channel Wably uses to talk to your clients. The connection happens through an official WhatsApp guided process, from the WhatsApp Business card on the Integrations screen.

How to connect your number¶

1. Open the Integrations screen and choose Connect on the WhatsApp Business card.
2. Follow the guided process: you'll be asked to sign in and confirm your business number.
3. When done, the card shows the status Connected and the assistant is ready to reply.

The connection status is always visible on the Integrations card of the Home and on the Integrations screen.

Good to know¶

• You can use your existing WhatsApp Business number. No new number needed.
• Your clients don't have to do anything: they keep messaging you as always.
• The connection uses the official WhatsApp Business API, the standard designed for businesses.
