Integrations¶
The Integrations screen, subtitled "The services the assistant uses to work", gathers the three connections Wably runs on. You reach it from the Manage integrations link at the bottom of the Integrations card on the Home.
The three cards¶
WhatsApp Business¶
"Your WhatsApp number, the one Wably will provide the service on."
It's the channel the assistant uses to talk to your clients. The connection process is described in WhatsApp Business.
Google Calendar¶
"Where the assistant creates and reads appointments."
This card also holds the Calendar selector: this is where you choose which calendar the assistant should work on, if your Google account has more than one. The selected calendar is the one Wably reads availability from and writes appointments to; the others stay out of it. If you have a single calendar, that one is used, with nothing to set.
The connection process is described in Google Calendar.
Google Contacts¶
"The address book where you enable or disable contacts for the assistant."
It's the address book the contacts come from, the ones you then switch on one by one on the Contacts screen. The connection process is described in Google Contacts.
Status and disconnecting¶
Each card shows the status Connected and a Disconnect button.
Disconnecting a service immediately stops the part of the work that depends on it:
- without WhatsApp Business the assistant no longer receives client messages and doesn't reply;
- without Google Calendar it can no longer read availability or book appointments;
- without Google Contacts it no longer updates the contact list, and new clients aren't added to your Google address book.
The data already in your Google account isn't touched: disconnecting means removing access, not deleting. You can reconnect the service at any time by repeating the guided process.
Where to check at a glance
For a quick look you don't need to open this screen: the Integrations card on the Home already shows the status of all three services.
