Sign in to Wably: how to access your AI assistant's dashboard

In short: you sign in to Wably at dash.wably.app with the email and password you chose when you registered. There is no app to install: the dashboard works from the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. On your first access, the guided setup starts automatically.

How to sign in to the Wably dashboard

  1. Open your browser and go to dash.wably.app.
  2. Enter the email and password you chose when you created your account.
  3. Confirm the sign-in.
  4. If this is your first access, Wably takes you straight to the guided activation, the sequence of steps that puts the assistant in a position to work.

Be careful not to mix up the two addresses: wably.app is the public website with information, pricing and documentation, while dash.wably.app is the working dashboard. It is the most common mistake on a first sign-in attempt.

What you need to sign in

Not much, and you probably have it already:

  • An up-to-date browser. Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge all work fine, on the phone as well as on the computer.
  • An internet connection. The dashboard is a web application, so it reads and writes your data in real time.
  • Your account credentials. The email and password you chose when registering.

There is no app to download, no dedicated computer and no particular network setup. The dashboard is designed to be used mostly from the phone, because that is where a professional checks things between one client and the next.

Signing in from more than one device

You can sign in to the same account from phone, tablet and computer, with the same credentials and with no device limit. Your settings live on your account, not on the device: what you change on the phone you find unchanged on the computer a moment later.

That is useful during setup, where typing out your list of services on a keyboard is more comfortable, before moving to the phone for everyday use.

Keeping the dashboard within thumb's reach

Even though there is no app to download, you can make Wably appear among the icons on your phone in ten seconds, using a standard browser feature:

  • On iPhone, with Safari: open dash.wably.app, tap the share icon and choose "Add to Home Screen".
  • On Android, with Chrome: open dash.wably.app, tap the three-dot menu and choose "Add to Home screen".

From then on you open Wably with a single tap, just like any other application.

Forgotten password: how to reset it

On the sign-in screen you will find the recovery link. The path is the standard one:

  1. Tap the password recovery link on the sign-in page.
  2. Enter the email address you registered with.
  3. Check your inbox: you will receive a message with instructions for setting a new password.
  4. Go back to dash.wably.app and sign in with the updated credentials.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder before trying again. The same path also works when you do remember your password but simply want to change it.

Can't sign in: the most common causes

Before writing to support, it is worth ruling out the three situations that come up most often.

The email address is not the right one. It happens that you register with your personal email and then try to sign in with your practice address, or the other way round. Check which inbox received your Wably emails: that is the account address.

The browser is offering an old password. If you had already changed your password, autofill may still be suggesting the previous one. Clear the field and type the password by hand.

You are opening the wrong address. The public website and the dashboard are two distinct addresses, as explained above.

If the problem persists, write to Wably support quoting the account email address: that is the detail we need in order to check what is going on.

Resuming an interrupted setup

If you had started the setup and left it half done, you do not have to start over when you come back. Wably keeps everything you had already entered and takes you back to exactly the step where you left off.

This is a normal and expected situation: setup can be split across several sessions, doing profile and hours over a lunch break, say, and the connections in the evening.

After signing in: what to do next

Signing in is only the front door. Before the AI assistant actually starts replying to clients on WhatsApp there are still a few steps, all of them guided:

One point worth clearing up right away: the assistant does not start replying just because you have signed in. It starts working once activation is complete and the master switch on the Home screen is on (it already is when your account is created).
