Finding your way around the dashboard¶

The Wably dashboard (dash.wably.app) is designed for the phone: a few screens, everything a tap away. There are two ways to get around.

The two ways to navigate¶

• The bottom bar - always visible, with icons for the screens you'll use most.
• The side menu - opens with the ☰ icon at the top left and holds the full list of screens. Close it with the ✕.

The screens¶

• Home - the control centre: assistant switch, tone, reminders, other automations, the month's summary and integration status.
• Profile - your business and account details.
• Business hours - set when you're available.
• Info & services - what the assistant can tell clients.
• Contacts - choose which contacts the assistant can handle.
• Integrations - WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar and Google Contacts.
• Subscriptions - your plan.
• Guided activation - the steps to get Wably running.

Philosophy: few buttons, the right ones¶

Wably is a tool for managing an assistant, not a practice-management suite full of menus. The interface is deliberately minimal: you find what you need without getting lost.
