30-day free trial¶
You can try Wably free for 30 days, with full access to the features of the plan you choose. No credit card at sign-up and no automatic renewal: at the end of the 30 days you decide whether to continue.
How the free trial works¶
- 30 days, full access. You try the assistant on your real work, not on a demo.
- No credit card. Payment details are only asked for when you decide to activate a subscription.
- Tied to the plan you choose. The trial applies to the plan you select, with all of its features switched on.
- No automatic renewal. If you don't activate a plan at the end of the 30 days, the assistant stops and nothing is charged to you.
- We warn you before it expires. You get more than one reminder by email, so you're never left with the assistant switched off without knowing.
Which plan to choose
We recommend the Standard plan: it's the one that includes automatic reminders, answers about services, prices and opening hours, and the review request. You'll find the full comparison on the Wably plans and pricing page.
What you can try in 30 days¶
- The assistant answers your clients on WhatsApp, even outside working hours.
- It books, moves and cancels appointments directly in the chat.
- It syncs everything with Google Calendar, both ways.
- It sends automatic reminders before the appointment, including for events you add to your calendar by hand.
- It asks the client for a review after the appointment.
- It sends you an evening summary of everything it handled for you.
How to start the trial¶
- Create your account. Answer a few questions about your business: it takes a couple of minutes.
- Connect WhatsApp and Google Calendar. The step-by-step guided activation walks you through it.
- Set up services and hours. The assistant only offers the times when you actually work.
- The assistant starts answering. From that moment it works on your current number and you see everything from the dashboard.
Quick activation
Most people are up and running in under 15 minutes. If something doesn't add up, write to us: we reply by email.
What happens at the end of the 30 days¶
- If you want to continue, you activate the plan from the dashboard in a few clicks. Payment is handled by Stripe and you receive the invoice by email: you'll find the details in billing and payments.
- If you activate before it expires, you don't lose the trial days you have left: the first charge still starts at the end of the 30 days.
- If you do nothing, the assistant stops and nothing is charged to you.
- At any time you can change plan or cancel on your own, as explained in managing your subscription.
