Billing and payments

Your Wably subscription is monthly and with no minimum term: you pay a flat fee, you receive the invoice by email and you cancel whenever you want. Here you'll find how billing works, what's included in the fee and what Meta bills you for instead.

The monthly fee

  • A fixed price every month, with VAT included in the price you see.
  • No setup cost and no bundle to buy up front.
  • No minimum term: it renews month by month and you stop it whenever you want.
  • The renewal falls each month on the date you activated the subscription.

The current amounts for the two plans are on the Wably plans and pricing page.

What's included in the fee and what isn't

You receive two separate charges, from two different companies:

  • The Wably fee, which you pay to us. It covers the AI assistant, the bookings, the reminders, the integrations and support. Artificial intelligence processing is included: you don't pay per conversation or per reply.
  • The WhatsApp messages, which Meta bills directly on your own account, at the official list price and with no markup from us.

On the plans and pricing page you'll find a calculator to estimate in advance how much Meta will charge you each month, based on your real volume of bookings and reminders.

Secure payments with Stripe

Payments are handled by Stripe, the platform used by millions of businesses worldwide.

  • Your card details never pass through Wably: you enter them and Stripe stores them, on dedicated systems.
  • Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest security standard in the payments industry.
  • Every transaction is encrypted and protected by real-time fraud-prevention systems.
  • The monthly charge is automatic, always for the same amount.

Your monthly invoice

For every payment you automatically receive the invoice at your account's email address. It's a valid tax document, ready for your bookkeeping.

Your billing details, VAT number included, are entered at the first payment and you can correct them at any time from the Stripe portal, which you open from the dashboard: see managing your subscription.

If a payment fails

If a card expires or is declined, the payment pending status appears in the dashboard and we let you know by email. All you need to do is update the payment method from the Stripe portal: the renewal restarts on its own and the assistant keeps working without interruption.

Wably is a tax-deductible expense

A Wably subscription is a work tool: a virtual secretary that answers your clients and manages your business calendar. As such it is an expense related to your professional activity and, as a rule, it is tax-deductible.

By keeping your monthly invoices you can record the cost of Wably among your business expenses, effectively reducing the net cost of the service.

A practical tip

Deductibility rules depend on your tax regime. Keep your invoices and always check with your accountant.
