The dashboard screens

One screen at a time, in the same order you find them in the dashboard: this is where you set the assistant up and where you control it every day. In the side menu the same pages are split between Setup, Day-to-day management and Account and billing.

Contents

A correct setup lets the assistant offer up-to-date availability, manage appointments automatically and give consistent answers to clients.

Want to understand how the assistant books, reschedules and cancels appointments? It's explained in How it works.

Day-to-day management

Guides for everyday work: how to reply to clients yourself, move or cancel an appointment, block out time off and breaks, handle appointments added by hand to your calendar, which messages go out automatically and what the assistant does with voice notes, photos and questions it can't answer.

Contents

Account and billing

Everything about your Wably account: how the 30-day free trial without a credit card works, how to change plan or cancel your subscription from the dashboard, and how invoices and payments work, with the Wably monthly fee on one side and WhatsApp messages charged by Meta on the other.
