Where Wably comes from¶

Wably was born from something anyone who works by appointment knows well: requests don't only come in during convenient hours. Someone in a session can't pick up the phone, someone who writes in the evening is left without a reply, and every unanswered contact is often a client who books elsewhere.

The idea was to close this gap without adding yet another tool to learn, but inside WhatsApp, where the client already writes.

Who's behind it¶

Wably is an independent project, conceived and built first-hand by someone with 25 years in IT behind them, working with enterprise-grade infrastructure. It's not a product passed from one department to another: whoever builds it is also the one who maintains it and the one who answers you when you need help.

For you that's a concrete advantage: when you write, you don't end up in a ticket queue, you talk to someone who knows Wably inside out.

Proven in the field, not just in the lab¶

Before opening to the public, Wably was put to the test by real professionals, who followed it in beta and integrated it into their daily work, with real clients and real appointments.

Their hands-on use guided every choice: what to simplify, what to remove, what to make more reliable. Wably didn't grow on the assumptions of those who develop it, but on the experience of those who use it every day.

How we work¶

• One thing, done well. We concentrate on one thing only: managing conversations, WhatsApp reminders and appointments for professionals and businesses that work by appointment. We'd rather do one essential feature really well than add dozens that no one uses.
• Evolution guided by real use. The product changes by listening to those who use it, not by following trends.
• You stay in control. Wably works on your own WhatsApp Business number: the relationship with your clients stays yours, always.

What we believe¶

Technology should lighten the work, not add to it. Conversations with clients should feel natural. Every feature should save real time. Software should stay simple even as it grows.
